Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into the original shipping box with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid Canada Post shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
